The funny thing is when I successfully dealt with a similar issue in 98 as to whether a direct credit or series of direct credits for 4 million dollars could be stolen the legal fallout was circulated by the Law Commission to just about every lawyer and Judge in New Zealand except me the lawyer who took the appeal case. You have to watch out for the legal profession.they are a jealous bunch. People in severe legal trouble can be the victim of this jealousy.My number one ambition is not to be jealous.It is easier said than done. If you have any success as a lawyer you have to walk around with a silver cross and a string of garlic around your neck.lol.
