Hi just started this blog today to set out information on dealing with the serious fraud office and the police regarding serious fraud allegations.the essential thing to remember is that although you are dealing with institutions they are run by human beings and the underlying human activity of the institution can be chaotic and amateur.I am going to the Supreme Court tomorrow to argue about whether a facsimilie of a concocted document can be a false document within the law of forgery. The issue has ramifications for methods of digital forgery and whether our present crimes act as amended in 2003 has the goods in the third millenium. I will post a report on this issue when I get back which can be used by all as a cure for insomnia.
