Google have finally put the blog into their search engine which is great. Major victory over the Serious Fraud Office as they abandoned an appeal to the Court of Appeal regarding section 22 of the Serious Office Act. Concerns the ability of The SFO to retain for investigative or prosecution purpose material which they have obtained illegally.The SFO obviously realized they were on a hiding to nothing and gave up.
