I forgot something. Look at blue Chip and you will see the New Zealand property market. They are no different. Remember all those bank ads on tv buy a second property now. Lots of people did it and they mortgaged the property they already owned to do it. Sound familiar. Now the value of the property they purchased is going down and the cost of the mortgage has gone up. Sound familiar. Everybodys in the same boat. They will rush to sell sending the value of their investment down further. Its just like a share. If you hold on to long nobody wants them. Aint nobody to sell worthless shares to. That is why real estate sales are plummeting. Its all a gigantic ponzi scheme. The credibility of democracy will suffer. This will finally be the end of thatcherism.
