Reality

Hmm its interesting. A jury verdict is only ever a collective expression of opinion. It is not objectively correct or scientifically correct. It does not establish the objective truth of what actually occurred or what a  person actually thought. It is simply twelve people saying in our view we believe that what the Crown or the defence say happened is what happened. It still leaves the reality of what actually occurred unresolved. The only people who know what physically happened are people who were there and even they can be mistaken. People can be physically there and still not actually know what a person was thinking.
