Generally the less justice you can afford the less justice you receive. Government works on the principle of secrecy and deception knowing that without being accountable they can ensure that the real position can be sufficiently buried with the average citizen unable to dig it up. It is a pressure valve system whereby every now and then a small amount of steam is released so that the boiler doesnt blow.
