criminal lawyer Auckland

Part of the art of defending a client against criminal charges is being able to predict the likely outcome on the evidence. Sometimes this allows you to make a tactical decision at the earliest opportunity. This in turn can lead to a result being achieved which would not be possible at a later stage in the case. Rather like that old saying don't cut off your nose to spite your face. In other cases because they are so serious it can often be an all or nothing approach.

  1. Mr Bioletti, I am currently a law student at the University of Auckland, studying Criminal Law at the moment. What advice would you have to an aspiring criminal defence barrister?

  2. Hi Jasjit

NZ is hating on criminal lawyers more than usual at the moment so you might want to go to UK where they actually have a legal system where the criminal bar has a place. NO seriously you dont need to worry about the above cos if you really want to be a criminal lawyer you will do it regardless of what bureaucrats and Judges throw at you.Remember there is no point in worrying about what cases say until the facts are established.
