What to expect when you go to court. First of all do not be fooled by what you see. Remember you were either summonsed to Court or arrested and taken to Court. First point you had no choice in attending. You had to go there or face being arrested. The Prosecutor represents the Police. The Judge is a government officer. You are in Court on your own. That is why you need to be represented by a lawyer.
