Often allegations of serious fraud are allegations of conspiratorial or common enterprise conduct amongst a group of people. For instance a group may be charged jointly with defrauding a bank for loan finance. Often in these situations people when under investigation panic and try to get together to concoct defences. Dont do it. Firstly it is illegal and secondly if discovered practically guarantees your conviction. Ironically somtimes people can think they have done something wrong and can concoct something as a defence then find themselves acquitted of what they thought they had done wrong but guilty of what they did to cover it up. So dont fall into that trap peeps. Ciao.
